Return & Refund Policy

At Regalio.pk, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

a. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within [5] days.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and intimate items, are not eligible for returns.

b. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at regalia.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

2. Refunds

a. Eligibility for Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [X] days.

b. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at regalio.pk for further instructions.
